The rooms at Smartflats are spacious and ideal for two people. the Murphy beds are comfortable and suitable for light sleepers. the bathroom is impressively large.

The issue with the door locks was a major inconvenience. I had to spend a significant amount of time trying to contact Smartflats for assistance, but they were not helpful.

Its rooms were brand-new, the staff was nice, we had a such great stay on a short business trip...

The apartment had a cozy kitchenette where we could prepare our own meals. The living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The private bathroom provided free toiletries and a refreshing shower. The flat-screen TV with digital channels kept us entertained during our stay. We loved the individually decorated guestrooms, especially the well-equipped kitchens.

Personally, we found the seating area to be a bit uncomfortable.
